"Mike was extremely helpful through the whole process. He knows the Sewickley area directing us to a condo that perfectly suits our needs. He was with us every step of the way giving us information that we needed on everything from initial negotiation, home inspection, and closing the deal. He went the extra mile giving us contact info after the sale closed for services such as utilties, painters, house cleaning services and more. As we came near the time for closing , Mike was attentive to all the details to finish the purchase successfully. We first looked at the property on Aug 6 and closed on Sept 15. A job well done and much appreciated!"

I was trying to decide between a house and a townhouse and he provided me a variety of options. I decided on a brand new townhouse in a great community. Mike knows a lot of people in the area and was able to suggest a general contractor for additional work I need completed. He is simply the best and I would highly recommend him to anyone."

"As buyers, Mike was referred to us by a trusted friend, which is the way we prefer. From Day 1 he was responsive, professional, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile for whatever we needed or whatever questions we had. It took months for us to find our dream home (not a reflection on him), and Mike was there every step of the way and made us feel like we the only customers he had. Further, he did tons of research behind the scenes to make sure we knew everything we could about potential properties before we even looked at them. His dedication to our pursuit made it painless and often enjoyable - and we were moving to the Pittsburgh area from out of state, which didn't bother him a bit especially when we had new resident concerns and didn't know our way around. I can't imagine that our buying experience could have been better. If you are looking for a realtor, you can stop your search. Mike and his supporting team are A-1, top shelf, beyond five stars.
